There were two of them for a spell,..the brown and white dog was 'Hudson',..i had her from just a few weeks old,..she lived for 18 years.

The Black and White dog was 'Molly The Springer',..a very strong dog that thrived on being in the water,..and of course had webbed feet,..she could grin,..she lived for 13 years,..the week she was put to sleep i got 'Foxy Molly'.

Wow, both Hudson and Molly had good long lives! But then again, they had a wonderful home with a caring person. Good memories for you. :doggieshmooze: :doggieshmooze:

For a dog living in my area it must be like heaven,..lots of space to run and swim plus plenty of walks to take me along :),..when i view any of my pets videos it knocks me completely off what i was doing,..one misses them like children :cry3:

Some nice calm days of late and i am enjoying checking my walking distances on my 'Fitbit' tracker,..so far i have remained between 4 and 5 mile walks and the highest heartbeat was 105 bpm,..68 bpm is my resting times,..its interesting to see the daily results.

Stunning...love the reflections in the water!

One of our sons has a Fitbit, I wore it once overnight to see what the quality of my ( fairly short) sleep is like.....all to do with REMs....or something and it turned out mine is really good! :)

We went on a river walk on Sunday down along the River Itchen ..just down the road from us, posted some pics on Your Day ( apart from gardening) .....just in case you're interested, and some from the day before at Farley Mount.

Looked at that post and your lovely images,..not forgetting the good gathering of blackberries,..a good walk in the woods is very relaxing,..silence,.. in most woods except for the wildlife sounds,..then there are those unexplained sounds.

In the box where it reads The Fairies of Summer,..click on the right side and you will get all the seasons fairies.

Ah yes the Fitbit results are fantastic,..my Rems were a good part of my sleep,..uneasy sleep was also high and sound sleep was lacking,..all of this in my regular 5 hours of sleep,..i am used to the lask of sleep though every so often it catches up and i get a good long sleep,..sooo you also have a short sleep :)
