I'm glad you had some nice weather @glengarry23 the river is beautiful. Foxy Molly also it's nice to see she is all right after her wanderings.

I must try going somewhere soon to add photos to that thread I started last year but my excuse is .... well I haven't got an excuse really

 

Gosh, haven't seen/heard that word in years (normally just old tarmac)!
I spotted the Robin and Foxy Molly is sure enjoying herself too.

 

Aww looks likes Foxy Molly is topping up her tan. Fab pic as usual Philip.

 

Its down to a shorter one here 'Tar' ,..she loves getting out on the grass and i hate it when i miss a day taking her out

 

She runs and while doing so hits the grass in a roll,..should be in a Circus

Love the brickwork in your lounge in particular the shelves that are set into the wall.
Fab picture, they're such majestic creatures aren't they.

 

That is a beautiful painting Philip. However, I would be a bit afraid he's be watching me all the time!

 

The swan in your first image looks very lonely in all the surrounding darkness.

Oh, I love your stag Philip! Mr S and I have been looking for something similar but not found anything that's quite what we want yet.

 

Thanks Upsydaisy,..those wee built in shelves reminded me of Spain and the Med areas and so i painted that wall a Terracotta colour .

Ah yes majestic creatures and when one spots one its almost a magical sensation.

 

Very hard to find the picture that you take to heart,..a majestic Stag can draw ones attention.

I agree Sheal,..a very lonely looking swan,..here they are always in groups until the mating season,..then its two of course to be seen,..as for the reason one solidary swan is seen one often wonders,..has it lost its mate?,..sadly people shoot swans in some countries,..like South Carolina,..America.

 

Victoria its a picture i look at quite often during the day,..or it looks at me ,..my Aunt used to have several big holy pictures and i always found the eyes followed me no matter where in the room i sat,..when she went on holiday i turned all the pictures facing the wall,..forgot to replace them in time,..yikes did i get an earfull,..it was worth the ease i felt not being watched
