Body Mass Index

    For main course, I'd have fatty juicy belly pork stewed with chilli and sichuan peppers or duck breast slow cooked in five spice powder:stirpot:. For dessert I'll have mixed fresh fruits with Cornish clotted ice cream.

    Not terribly healthy I suppose, but since I seldom eat deep fried dishes, chips or crisps, and I'm not that keen on chocolate, everything evens out in the end.

    As for my BMI, 2 years ago I was at 18.5, now only 16.5:thud:. However, since I'm a small boned person and have never been blessed with womanly curves in any dimensions ;) and I feel reasonably healthy and energetic :hapfeet:so am not too concerned about being "underweight".
