Brackets for Window Box

I wonder if anybody knows where i could buy some window box brackets at a reasonable price to hang over a balcony,i have seen them in France but not here.

There are others, too, but they seem to be generally �£15 - �£20 a pair. I googled "window boxes" and "window box brackets".
