it is good to be charitable if one has enough resources to do that, otherwise it is self harming.
When you rescue someone in a fire or an accident, first thing to do is to make sure that it is safe for you to step in, otherwise there are going to be two casualties as opposed to one....
As for the bums in the street many choose that life...
          Well made song though.

Its entertaining, but very misleading. I'm sure there are some that are milking the system, but its not just immigrants that do so. I know this because I've known born and bread local folk to liberate the system of many thousands of pounds that they didn't deserve over the years.

The cash for clothes thing run by the job centres isn't about kitting people with trendy kit. My mate was offered it when he was between jobs (and ended up on the bread line). They give you enough to buy a cheap suit, short, tie and shoes. About £100 all in, and you can only use certain shops, and you have to produce receipts to prove that you spent it on formals. In my mate's case they even wanted proof that he had an interview lined up beforehand.

Why exactly do you need a suit for an interview?

Kind of shows how things are stuck in the past.

Unless its a job where you are likely to be required to wear a suit all the time it seems pointless.
Just sensibly dressed should be enough otherwise.
If the interviewers can see further than a suit, then its a pretty poor bunch you are likely to be working for.

Woo I'm trying to get a job, I cant even get an interview at the moment.
But if I was to turn up in a suit I'd look a real prat, suits are for buisness men, weddings and funerals, I do my best to avoid all three.
