Browning edges to Laurel leaves

Hello all.

I’ve recently noticed that the Laurel Bush at the end of our driveway starting to exhibit brown edging to the leaves in some areas but not across the full bush.

I’ve attached a couple of pictures for you to see, but I can’t understand what’s happening. It seems very localised. I’d be grateful for any advice as to why this is happening it seems to be spreading.
