Buying seed from ebay

I've never bought seed from ebay though some sound very tempting !!!!


Do any members have seed from ebay and can you recommend any sellers in particular please ?
It is usually exotics that I am looking at such as Dracunclus and Hibiscus.......even plants !!!!!

 

What about the seed for rainbow roses , ? I can't see this at all !!!!!!!

Me thinks it be a white rose and you colour it in yourself

You need the rose tinted glasses for that.

 

Just dont touch anything from China, and if it looks impossible it probably is.

 

I buy almost all my seed from here (waiting for an order any day in fact) ...

All I get is nothing available in your location..

My Chinese Plumerias are flowering already after only a couple of months.

Look surprisingly like bright yellow Zinnias.

 

They are probably not based in the UK and don't ship to the UK, brexit. Which tends to be the case when you see the note, "This store has no inventory available in your location".

 

That's how I got caught out with the Chinese Plumerias.
They appeard to be in the UK and the seed probably was but it was Chinese junk, (or is that a boat?)

 

I bought seeds from Amazon and it wasn't until they were ordered I found they were coming from China. One lot never arrived (Amazon reimbursed me) and the Comfrey seeds turned out to be grass and not the good kind.

 

Now I think of it, they may be in Ireland.
