Can anyone identify this bushy tree please?

    This bushy tree is set in a row with some fruit trees. Can anyone please tell me what it is and how to prune it. Thanks x

    Does it have thorns? Looks a bit like a blackthorn but would need a closer photo to see. Can you post pics of the leaves and trunk?

    Think Lolli is on the right track, some kind of prunus, possibly plum, or damson.
    Dammed if I can see the fruit, but then I am a bit sloe at times.
