    As title says.

Reason is, I have got some growing this year (for the first time), and would like to know when it is expected I can harvest them.

    Hi Nathan,
You've got to start early with these blighters. They take all the growing season to mature, about 200 days. Pull when the roots are about 2" across.
Grate 'em up and eat raw,the leaves are a nice addition in soups too. Keep them well watered during dry spells or they end up as hard as cricket balls!!

200 days  , I bought as a whim from a nursery, must say, they are not doing too bad.

I love celeriac in stews with dumplings during the autumn period, hence me trying it myself this year ;) .

    Thanks for the input Nick.

    Nathan.
