Clematis Macropetala seeds

    This is the first Clematis I've managed to keep alive in my garden. The seed heads are 'hairy'. Can someone tell me please are the seeds at the end of these hairs or are they within the pod that they are attached to. :)

    The seed is the little brown 'blob' at the end of each hair all clustered together nearest the stalk. If you wish to grow them, sow fresh, they germinate better that way.
