    This is Definitely not my year regarding Gardening.
    What with the Petunia Fiasco I posted earlier,I now have another Fiasco, Roses.

    I planted climbers @ 2 years ago,this is their first year with flowers.
    Last year I got the Height,this year plenty Buds/Flowers.
    I have spent the time on them since planting, to get them to grow through each other to give a 2 colour effect,Red and Yellow, along a 30 ft long fence.
    I was giving myself a pat on the back admiring my work,then on a closer inspection of the Buds I Discovered ! They Are ALL BL***Y RED :gaah:.
    They should have been Golden Shower And Paul Scarlet Intertwining as I had planted them alternating the colours,wasted my time ,they are all Paul Scarlet.
    This is another one that does not do what it says on the tin:cry3:.
    Alas, the wife likes them,so that means everything is Red Rosy in the Garden:WINK1:.

    So That Means There is someone out there waiting for Red roses to grow,and he has my Yellow Roses,Tagged Red.:scratch::scratch:. Surprise Surprise.:WINK1:.

    It's so annoying when that happens. I try to buy plants when they are actually in bloom now, as I've been caught out so often.

      Good morning Music Sheal and Lolli,Music it can be frustrating my friend but not a waste of time:) I have Pauls Scarlet around my front window and it is indeed a wonderful rose,{golden showers would have been lost amongst its very vigorous growth}
      I wish I had two Paul's Scarlet,so my friend every cloud has a silver lining:)
