    In mine too Freddy, it's just a good job that when they do they reign supreme, and the foliage is always pleasing and acts as an excellent backdrop for the rest of the planting, it lasts a bit longer fortunately.

    Thanks Lollipop ,Well I learn something new every today and to day is no exception .I never thought much about Peonies until now and have just been reading up on them .This is what I have read To day.:thumb:
    The peony is named after Paeon, a student of Asclepius, the Greek God of medicine and healing. Asclepius became jealous of his pupil; Zeus saved Paeon from the wrath of Asclepius by turning him into the peony flower.:old::)
