I have been advised to have copper strips fitted to my roof to clear and prevent excessive moss growth.
I collect rainwater from the roof and would like to know if the dilute copper sulphate solution formed during rain is safe to use to water all garden plants.
I know copper sulphate solutions are used for many applications.
    Any information would be appreciated.

    Hi rescueman and welcome.

I don't have any direct knowledge, but my gut feeling is that it wouldn't do any harm at all. I think the rain water collected would be an very, very, very dilute copper solution. The salts of copper are antifungal, and I use cheshunt compound (copper salts) on my seedlings to prevent mould. I suspect that my solution would be 10,000 times stronger than yours. My solution looks very blue - yours won't.
