Just like telling people not to smoke or eat too much doesn't work.

Give them the facts and then let them make their own mind up.

I reckon we'll end up with - you get covid - the doc prescribes these new anti virals - you pick them up from the pharmacy - job done.

Oh Boris :nonofinger:. You want all NHS staff to have jabs - yet you can't be bothered to wear a face mask?

The nurses are showing you the courtesy of wearing a mask - so you don't get covid - do the decent thing and show them the same respect - by wearing a mask.

Problem is - Boris has no real competition - he knows he's onto a winner as long as Starmers is around. They are all out for themselves - as demonstrated by the pic of Boris. You would have thought that he would have had a little more nowse about him - given that nurses fought to save his life not so long ago.

        I'm going right off him.

I would have asked Boris to wear a mask to protect me & others. Just what is the problem in wearing a mask?

How does he know? The approval process is nothing to do with him of anyone else in the government.

A Covid-19 vaccine slated to be made in Scotland by French firm Valneva would not have gained UK regulatory approval, health secretary Sajid Javid has said.

              Yep...

Boris Johnson was told three times he would need to wear a mask during a hospital visit – and yet was still pictured without one.

Health officials in Northumberland have confirmed the prime minister was told before the photo op and on arrival that face coverings must be worn.

Yes John, you get a new card. Mine is identical to the old one with Booster handwritten. You need to take your old card along as they are checking that it's been 6 months at least since your second jab.

If you book your booster online they give you a reference number which you need to take with you. That shows that you have had the required time since the last jab.

Although you are not told on the website that you should have your NHS number it will save them time if you have it. A lot of centres are so busy they don't bother to check your ref No. but need your NHS No. to enter your answers to questions (allergies, problems with previous jabs etc.) on your record.

I have been notified of my flu jab for the 25th. I have never had one before so will decline. I am not eligible for the booster till January/February so will wait till then as they are doing the double jabs so will probably be down to my age group then.

Labour don't look too attractive just now under Capt Hindsight.
Angela Rayner, Dawn Butler, Dianne Abbott, Claudia Webbe (removed for now but not forgotten) Keith Vaz trying to get back in, Sadiq Khan etc
                            What a sorry bunch
Boris doesn't need to worry but tbh I'd throw the job in, with the terrible two years we've just had. No jobs worth that much hassle
