Dash Cams - are they a good idea?

    This is the one I have. It has GPS plus an internal 8gb memory in addition to the 32gb memory Micro SD card that came with it..

    There are of course many cheaper cameras on the market and prices are falling all the time but after advice from someone who really knows these devices the above one made sense.

    It is easy to use ,Easy to install and the picture quality on both daylight and dark is exceptional !
