Have you read the tech section of the brochure for them? I did a few years ago when they first came out. It was impressive then, I'm sure if its even better now.

They've effectively managed to cram all the stuff more typical of a big car into a tiny car.

I think they're brilliant. If I though I could get away with a small car, I'd go for one.

Sorry Nick but they can! The cars that are parked either side park so close that you can't open the car doors. :)

The reason I know this Nick is because my son had one for his first car and got caught out. He waited ages for somebody to return to there car so that he could get into his. The only other way round it, is to get a couple of burly fella's to bounce it out of the parking space. The cars light enough. :)

            This reminds of something.

Remember the Bedford Rascal, the tiny little van? Well when I was 16 I was on a YT scheme (government training for school leavers). Our instructor had a Bedford Rascal. He used to park it in our workshop, set us our task for the day, and then just wander off not to be seen again until the end of the day. Don't get me wrong, we liked him, but he wasn't really bothered about teaching us anything. One day there we were, grinding, hammering, filing, generally doing steal fabrication when he parked up, got out and wandered off. As planned, we didn't even acknowledge him, we just got on with our work. Until he wandered off. Then with a signal from the nominated chap, we downed tools and as planned in advanced, converged on the van. About a dozen of us surrounded the van, and started bouncing it, until we'd turned it 90 degrees and tucked it right into a corner. There was no way it was driving out of there, yet it was unharmed. When the instructor reappeared towards the end of the day, there we all were, still doing our steal fabrication work, seemingly oblivious to the little van stuck in the corner next to the pillar drill. Instructors face was a picture, and I actually felt a bit sorry for him when he swallowed his pride and asked for help lifting it out.
