    Hi there,

I've found these white 'eggs' in my ponds.

I suspect they are eggs as they seem slightly squishy.
They don't seem to be frogs or toads - and I don't think they're newts.

    Any ideas?

All the best and happy gardening
    Fin

ha, ha - no, it's not - a seed of some sort was my first thought, but it's squishy and not really like a seed

So I decided to sacrifice one and squished it open to see if it was an egg. Alas, no - it's filled with milky substance and nothing else. Yep, I'm pretty sure it's a berry of sorts, not an egg :loll:

I have a project to redo my pond as it has a leak and I need to empty it and lay a new liner, I'm going to wait until summer anyway to give any creatures that may be lurking in it a chance to do their things!
