I started school in the 50s but don't remember concentrated orange juice
I loved the milk in those 1/3 pint bottles, best of all the cream on the top, still love it. Used to have a teaspoon of cod liver oil which was ok, can't remember if that was every day or when I had a cold.

Digressioning even further who remembers those blue bags that were used for washing clothes? Mum used to rub it on wasp stings, not sure what was in them but it seemed to work.

That's still clear in my mind. I much prefer to salt my own. I got quite upset when Tyrells upped their salt content from .5g to .8g per 150g. I gave them a piece of my mind over that :old: - and they gave me a free case of their 'Naked' crisps (didn't know they made them without salt). They were much better as I only used about .3g on them. It didn't really help as none of the shops round here sell them, although I did find them in Booth's in Keswick. :heehee:

Blimey, I don't measure my salt in tenths of a gram - - snowdrift depth is more accurate for me.

As long as you can send the ref. No. you don't have to buy one. So try looking in some bins for an empty bag. :blue thumb:
