    I have them growing all over my patio (and happy for it) and in winter I cut them right back to the ground and they're absolutely fine with it. A good way to spread them is to place pots of them in the areas you want and they'll soon seed all over the place.

      Or place pots of compost near the plants when they're in flower. With or without other plants already in the pots - the Erigeron doesn't seem to care who it cohabits with :smile:

        This is all very encouraging - I haven't got any yet but I've grown some from seed and they're looking good so far. I've also kept back some seed to sow directly when it's warmer.

        There’s also Erigeron Glaucus aka Seaside Daisy. Evergreen, forms mounds.

          Yes I see that a lot around my way. Lovely plant, attracts masses of bees.

            They grow like weeds here. I pull them out to avoid them taking over. Very pretty in the right place though.
