                    Despite the ridiculous EPC rating (they won't accept that modern insulation is more efficient than the old fibreglass)

                    I do have the actual bills to show.

                    Electric - £111 for the winter quarter.

                    Gas - £50 for over a year.

                    Water - £123 a year.

                    They can't argue with that.

                            No, no, no :nonofinger: that is not the only conditions that MUST be imposed on the sale, although the other conditions are imposed upon your good self - when you move all that way away, you MUST get yourself a good broadband connection, and you MUST stay around here on GC!
