    Hi,

    Do you need Grass for kids to play on etc ?

    If not, for the size of garden there is so much more you can do.

    If you search on "small gardens without grass" you will see lots of images, some below, one of which might make you think thats the style for you ?

    You could do just flowers or add in veg and fruit as well, so many options

    Either way its probably better not to do any work on it for a few weeks until things are drier and warmer, take your time and see what you could make it, a lot can be done on a small bugdet.

    As others have said, some shrubs or small trees up again the rear fence will add to your privacy.
