Good to see you on here @redstar

Tomatoes are remarkably adaptable so provided you give them some sun, support, water and food you will get a crop. Depending on your varieties you might need some strong canes for support. Also you might need to remove side shoots if they are corden types. Once the flowers show give the plants a gentle shake at least once a day to help pollination.

Apologies if you knew this already, ask away if you feel you need help

Sorry, know hardly anything. I do have tomato cages on them. I heard about removing side shoots.
They are 7 types, one called Amish paste (guessing that is dense) the other purple strip (something) then brown cherry (suppose to be a dark brown red cherry) then a french one Duna (sounded good) then Granny (something) think that is a large one. forgot the rest. Yes, all labeled, he did a good job with that.

I am watching if I have to relocate them, easy with the pots, just wheel barrel them to some better location. right now raining nuts here. where they are the sun does shift to there for a good 5 hours a day. They are up on stone tiles so they drain well and no ants get into the pots.

That's a good selection redstar. I've grown Amish Paste in the past, it's a lovely big fruit - quite dense as you say.

What with my health issues and Carol's kitchen I'm hopelessly behind with all my tomatoes, they really do need to go into their final resting place!!!

All looking good though and if I can sneak an hour or so at the weekend, I'll get them planted up/out!

2020! I saved some seed from the plants propagated from seed supplied by JWK.

BUT due to a severe back injury, I didn't keep my eye on them until this morning.

Result? I now have loads of germinated seed that needs immediate potting, so I will be getting the propagator, compost, plant pots and spare aquarium lights out!!!!

JWK's 2005 strain. A bit behind my other toms, as I had to re-sow. Bagged for the promised seed save.
