i used some grass seed at the start of the season to repair a few patches the lawn had developed and it was acriculator seed, its ok but thick clover has come up.
Is there anyway of getting rid if it i was thinking along the lines of feed and weed pellets?
    Would that work?

You might be better to use Verdone.:) In those situations I "Spot Weed" with SBK. but you have to be careful. Verdone is safe on lawns.

I think you should be able to find selective lawn herbicides which are more effective than Verdone on Clover - Clover is quite difficult to kill in Lawns, IME, using the standard DIY Shed chemicals.

Don't know if this is the best chemical, but the site has a variety of others (but will be selling you enough to treat several acres I expect!!)
