    Great link @Butterfly6
I'd found one too, but no idea how to link on here :rolleyespink::heehee:
It was for a Chevy Chase rose, ..... could be more flexible.

I’m on an iPad @Star gaze Lily If I hold my finger on the web address at the top of the page it gives me an option to copy it. You can then go out of that window to wherever you want, here, email etc. It looks like just the website address e.g www.davidaustin.co.uk but when you then paste it into your post or wherever the full page address appears

I grew mine against an east/west facing trellis in my Belgian garden so deep, fertile loam on top of clay and plenty of rain. I had to prune it regularly and train it to keep to 3 x 2m x2m panels but is still flowered prolifically and stayed healthy.

I'd grow one here too but fear the lovely soft apricot pink colour would fade too much in the stronger sunlight here and I have yet to see one on sale to tempt me.

Thanks everyone for your input. I think I'm going to get it in the ground and get myself an obelisk. Don't think I've any other practical options.. I considered the front of my house, but it bears the brunt of the NW offshore gales, and as a consequence I don't think it will do too well there...
