GOING ON A DIET

I would like to go on a diet but, I am going on a cruise Sunday and

I still have loads of stuff to eat up.

 

In that case Pam a diet is out of the question....i suggest you eat as much as you can physically manage before Sunday (have a great time BTW) Then if there is any food left when you get back continue eating till it's gone.....THEN go on a diet you'll have lost just enough weight in time for Easter

Canary Islands Freddy, We are flying to Barcelona, then we go Casablanca, Madeira, Lanzarote, Malaga and back to Barcelona. This cruise usually goes to Tenerife but the harbour is closed to cruise ships while some work being done, suits me, I don`t like Tenerife and would rather go to Casablanca.
The temps at the moment are high teens, which is fine by me as not fond of heat, which is why I prefer to holiday in the winter.

 

The problem there Loli is clothes, how can I look sleek and slinky carrying excess baggage.

 

Carry your packed baggage for 10000 steps for the next few days and you will have trimmed down a bit before you go

PS: If Loli had been a *real* friend, she would have offered to take that surplus food off your hands and gobble it all up for you!

 

Nice. I've often thought it would be nice to get away at this time of year. We go on a cruise in May, to (amongst other places) Israel. I too am not too keen on heat, so I'm hoping it's not too hot when we go

 

Just wear higher shoes Pam and breathe in....that's what i do....

Normally with walking Maddie that would be my norm, however at the moment she has a foot problem, the vet has prescribed anti- infammataries and rest, which works well with going into kennels.

 

Have a good cruise Pam and worry about the diet until you get back.

One of my friends is due to go on a cruise on Monday to Hamburg on the Queen Elizabeth but don't know whether she will be doing much dancing if the ship is battling a force 9 gale

 

I hope Maddie rests that foot Pam and gets better soon

See!? Our pets *do* take care of *us*. How thoughtful of Maddie to need a rest and what are you supposed to do to while away the time ... but have a jolly 'oliday.
