    I had a labourer that was so slow, he became listed by association.

      Not sure about TV aerial, not a problem though it could always go in the loft. I don't think it has a telephone connection though.

      There are ways of getting the cable into the building without damaging the fabric. Air vents, thru the pointing, up under a roofing tile etc.

      Don't just let BT drill a sodding great hole thru the masonry & then point it in with cement.

      I've just bought one too - apparently I cannot put my wheelie bin out, I have to bag it and put it out for the pee'eads to kick everywhere on the way home from the pub. But the house next door is not listed and can put a wheelie bin out!
      I am however allowed to put the green garden waste wheelie bin out!!!

        If I did that Clueless the jobsworth binmen would refuse to empty BOTH bins!
