    :dh: Oh no Pal.. I am amazed to hear that from you..!! I ring bells now at our local church some thing I wanted to do since childhood I admit, but.. I think they are wonderful..!!
    Peace & joyous all in one.. My ambition is to ring at St Mary Redcliffe or Wells Cathederal at present..!:dh::wink::lollol: Gotta get the rhythm (if you know what I mean) ..!!! :rotfl: Can I do it.?? Yes I can/will... :wink:

    It's a play on words. Ivan Pavlov (Nobel prize winner - but not for this) did a famous experiment on conditioned reflexes. He rang a bell every time his dog was fed. Eventually the dog would drool whenever the bell was rung even when there was no food. This experiment led to the use of conditioning to help cure phobias. Unfortunately this theory of conditioning has also been misused as a form of torture.
