Struggling to get to grips with posting on the new forum but hopefully get the hang of it soon. Lovely to see so many faces

Hi @copperdog Start by clicking on "Spy" for the very latest posts in the last hour or so and "New posts" for the latest posts across the boards.

Those two will keep you up with recent activity. Clicking on "Forum" will show you the breadth of subjects in case you're looking for a particular topic. You'll get the hang of it soon enough.

Everyone is very friendly and the admin team is very responsive.

Yay! Thankyou for such a warm welcome! It’s been a joy to see so many old friends here and hope to make some new ones too! Happy gardening day! Making most of the good weather to pull some forget me nots out. I’ll have more time to browse tomorrow whilst hubby and son do London 100 and I’m tucked up indoors out of the rain!

As others have said - everyonehere is so helpful, and it's not difficult to navigate the site once you get going.
One thing I found a bit odd at first was - once you've posted on, or looked at a thread, it 'disappears', but if you click on recent posts, it'll show. You can watch a thread, using the option at the top of the page, which you can then also get alerts for if you go into your settings. That's very useful, and is handy for anything you might want to post on regularly.

Hello again I just wanted to say thank you again to all of you for such a lovely warm welcome. I don't know what is wrong with me but for the time being I find it difficult to use the site still. I am probably not giving myself enough time as I work and then only get smidgins of time to take a look etc. I'm sure in a few months time I will be well adjusted to the new format and wonder what I was going on about! Anyway just wanted to say hello and have a super day to all. Blue skies here in Berkshire. Happy Gardening day
