Well i was roaming around my driveway today, when i pick up a leaf and see this disgusting substance underneath! :help: It had an amber colouration, with a whitish cloud resembling a milk drop in water surrounded by a weird, viscous, watery layer. The watery bit was very thick. Could someone tell me the source?

Hi Softee & welcome to the forums,

Just sounds like a slime mould to me. Leaves rot down via a fungal process.

Thats why we're not knee deep in them come next year.
