Help - are they ruined?

    A lack of indoor space and being caught out by a cold snap in my plastic grow home, has resulted in white patches on the leaves of tomatoes and this weird looking split stem. Salvageable?

    Tomatoes will be alright, I would be inclined to pot them into individual pots at this stage.
    I would leave the plant in the first picture and see what happens, it still has green shoots on it so give it a chance.
