    Dear all,

Happy to have found this online community!

I hope you can help me with finding a way to save my garden bushes. I have tried using a bug killer spray I found in a local store (photo attached), with no improvement, unfortunately.

Do you know any other better ways to get rid of them?

The photos below should be self-explanatory. However, please let me know if I can give more info

    Many thanks!

Bad case of Viburnum beetle. The best time to spray is when the newly hatched larvae are feeding on the new foliage in mid-April to early May. Heavy infestations which are impractical to remove by hand can be treated with pesticides. Heavy pruning of the affected stems is often needed too.

Palustris, thank you for your reply.

Do you have any recommendations for a reliable pesticide?

Is there a point to treat the plant now, or should I action next spring, in other words, what should I do? :)
