My knowledge on fruit growing is limited. Add to this some photos on the forum are becoming more difficult for me to see. (Glaucoma).

To begin with. Your Vitis (Grape vine) has amongst it's enemies, powdery mildew, honey fungus, scale insects and mealy bugs. This of course doesn't protect them from sprays and chemicals.

Forgive me please as I mutter away to myself....thinking aloud. What I can see from the photos, these tiny erruptions look very similar to those often found on other leaves particularly Sycamore. Acer pseudoplatanus. Being so, then probably nothing to worry about. There is a condition known as, Blister gall mite. I am not convinced this is your problem. Just keep an overall eye on thins, any new drasitic changes give us a shout.

Interestinly the common Sycamore is often call, the weed of the forest. It is actually considered to be the biggest carrier of plant disease. Hope some of this may help.
