    Sorry that I haven't got back here sooner, Lyn.

    You have a good-looking father and he looks so smart in the white suit with the maroon tie and hankie. As 02 said, he looks much younger.

    The cake looks wonderful and I'm sure your Dad was pleased with it and the whole party. Well done on collecting so much for the Macmillan fund.

    What a pity that you hardly got out of the kitchen though. I guess your Dad did a lot of the inviting by word of mouth then, not only just by written invitations. But looking back, I'm sure that you are glad that you hosted it for him. Well done. x
