Hibiscus Blue Bird

When and how should I prune my Hibiscus Blue Bird ?

 

During winter.
You can do almost anything regarding pruning and they still flower the following year.
But mine have the sap rising now and buds moving, so I'd say its too late.

 

Hi agree with Pete too late , February to very early March is best
