Ok, Shiney, When I bake sweet potatoes, I "purposely" bake a few more knowing that on the weekend I "plan" to make the sweet potatoe pancake. As far as the left over little veggies, my husband the tall skinny man cannot just finish the little bit more of veggies I've cooked for dinner, so I save them, cause I am frugel for a future use.

Very few. One of the things I usually buy with the intention of eating which then get chucked out when they start sprouting or going soggy. Not that I don't like them, more than I can't usually be bothered to cook them.

Mind you, I eat very little veg anyway cos I don't like most of them.

I have loads of fruit/juice/smoothies though.

Nor mine - four dogs means that there is never anything left over.

We eat up everything I cook. Even when we're entertaining, which is often, (and I cook loads of food) what isn't eaten goes in doggy bags for our guests - and they don't have dogs :heehee:

Our cats do get lots of the leftovers. And some veggies mixed in it. But they are usually a few days old before the cats see them.
