I hope you're right, Simone (and I hope some of it makes it beyond the south and west of the UK!)

Should I remove that drought planting and replace it with bog plants?

My cousin is visiting the Bank Holiday Weekend and it looks like rain, still plenty of time to change though.

Maybe I should go and cleaned the windows outside. That always brings on rain!

I suspect we have far too many Bank Holidays now - you can practically see the poor old rain clouds discussing between themselves as to where and when to deliver the usual BH rain - so many choices they get fed up and just decide not to bother

                Thanks for all your comments.

@JennyJB, yes, I'm on the far edge of South West and South East and I do hope we will get rain. Apart from that one night with 0.3l per sqm, we haven't had any rain since end of February. We need the rain here urgently.

Doncaster could the same amount if not windy.com had the tendency to reduce the amount over the time.

I may mess up all your planning as I have the sprinkler going on the veg plot and it could confuse the clouds. First batch of beans being planted out this morning.

First rain here, although hardly any, in months and England start the first test match of the year. Cricket always brings some rain.
