I really don't get it

Woo like you I tend to hit the shops earlier rather than later, when possible. Supermarkets are bearable late evening if you are only after packaged goods.

 

Usual moan from me M4 coming home every afternoon and lorries cars "MOBILE PHONES" I count over 10 each time if not more ....

You can see who is on them in front of you as the car either goes into another lane or on the hard shoulder , they should have non uniformed police checking let alone the new law of no smoking with kids in the car and who is going to regulate that !!!
