Aren't they just gorgeous.. I really want to get one, I am on the hunt for a really nice pot or planter preferably an old stone one if I can and then I shall be getting one..
Somebody once said to me that it is a real plantsman's plant (not sure if I am a plantsman, but I certainly know what I like).. I just love it and will be getting one soon... I hope...... :yay:

:SUNsmile:The only one I have seen close up in a pot is on a balcony of an apartment of a friend that overlooks the Thames and it absolutely loves it there and that is how I found out about this beautiful plant and decided I will one day have one too... :love30:

I know i have both in my garden lol

I have one of each in pots and then I have another chinese witch hazel fire dance out the front that i'm hoping will grow bushy enough to hide the wheelie bin. The flowers on it are really cute

wish i could help you with that one but I don't own any spare land in northampton

What about a buddleia trained into a tree

you can keep it smaller like a more rounded head one

                  or

                  a dwarf lilac

I have two in pots either side of my front door.

or for something that is really diddy a lavender trained into a tree shape
