Solved ID Hydrangea variety please

What is this wonderful hydrangea please? It's quite big and the foliage is attractive dark with purple tinge. From further away the plant almost looks like Sambuca Nigra.

It might be a variety called "Hot Chocolate".

I must have one, it's a lovely shrub. Sadly I'm yet to catch the owner of the plant I walk past most days, or I would ask to be allowed to take cutting. Perhaps now that nights are getting darker...
