Solved ID my plant Please.

    Can any body tell me what this is please? Reasonably new gardener so a bit dim. Its come back from last year so I know its a perennial. Its sort of bowl shaped and close to the ground. Definitely spread wider since last year. Its been in flower for about 3 weeks and I live on the south coast. Thank you.

    Its a Penstemon not sure which variety they is quite a few, try heavenly blue
