Can anyone tell me what they mean by Plug and play?

For some reason my connection going out to the greenhouse has tripped, didn't notice until I went out and the outside light wasn't working.
Not sure if it was this or not.

 

I understand it to mean, no assembly, no programming.

 

I think I have sorted it out, but to be honest its not what I thought it was.

Im my ignorance I was thinking Heating Differential was the difference between the heating coming on and going off.
But I think its actually the difference between the heating going off and the cooling coming on.

As I dont have cooling in my greenhouse its not really relevant, so I guess I just ignore the cooling side of it and just sort out getting it to hold a good min temperature.
