    Hi Pro Gard
I hope you manage to find your camera.

I'm sure you now realise that it is better to download regularly.
LoL and Geoff are right and, once you make a habit of it, it only takes a few minutes to download each time.

I used to also try and edit them from the camera by using the screen but that takes longer than downloading and editing on the computer. To download 100 photos from the camera usually takes about 2 or 3 minutes.

LoL, how do you manage to get your saved pictures down to only 2000? I keep taking loads and then when I am editing I seem to delete about a third of them - BUT - I still have about 40 - 50,000 on the computer  :D .

I also try to back up all my data regularly (not so good at doing that) so have put a second hard drive inside the computer (£19) and got myself an external hard drive (think it was £29) and back up onto both. That's probably going a bit over the top but having lost everything on my hard drive once  I don't want to do it again :D :D

    It turned up!

I decided to completly unnbolt the front seat of the Navara to enable me to run cables for a rear spot light, low and behold one camera.

It had wedged itself on the seat rail mecanism hence I couldnt see it before. Nice to have my photos and all saved onto a memory stick and the pc hard drive.

Hi, shiney, light of my life ... I'm very particular with what I save. [IMG] In giving all the advice I have, I need to save mine, yet again, off the computer on onto the memory stick.

I never keep anyting on the camera memory card ... download it immediately that I get home from an outing or into the house assuming I'm doing gaden photos onto the computer straight away ... then sort, delete, save and file. I'm VERY organised.

Thank goodness you found it, Pro Gard ... now start saving. [IMG]

Glad you found your camera PG, now can anyone find my car key for me? I last had the key 2 am Sunday morning when I picked up OH from a party and drove home. Next morning... no key! It's one of those card thingies that cost about £140 to replace. I just hope one of the terrierists havn't buried it in the garden.

As I said in my first post if you save your photos when the card is full orpart full then you will at least have them on the computer or like us on disc [IMG]

Pleased you found it Pro Gard.

LoL, I'm also very organised [IMG] . I sort, save and file - just seem to forget the delete bit [IMG] :D

Kandy, I just did a quick Google and saw some for about £60. I bought mine at one of the big electrical retailers on the industrial estate that had a 50% sale on. Can't remember the name of it but when I next go down to the industrial estate I'll have a look.
