    Hi,
Recently bought a place with what looks like a bay tree out back. When you scrunch the leaves up they smell faintly of fragrant bubblegum, but I'm not sure. Here's a picture... can anyone confirm or not please? [IMG] 20220326_151043.jpg

That's what I thought... could it be anything else? I don't know any other leaves that smell like that, even slightly...

Is it possible that you had Covid recently and it has affected your sense of smell?

Hey! Good point! Had it in September.. taste and smell totally vanished... most of it is back now (I think...) but coffee, for example, is still very, very bland. I can make it really strong but all that happens is that it tastes more bitter, and not more coffee-er... you could be right..
