    Maybe better to soak then leave it to almost dry out before watering again.

    That is the wettest that soil has been in a month... but yeah - wee side shoot is what I'm pinning my hopes on... if the main one wilts anymore, it's going in some soup...

      Didn't like the water... I've taken it out of the pot and it is sitting on top now hoping to dry out the soil. If I had a decent medium I'd shake it all off and replant, but I don;t know what would be best for it

      If it hasn't perked up I think we might be looking at getting another one. :smile:

      Don't give up on it just yet but it seems like time is running out

        Is there much visible root, JS? If not, the last thing I'd do is disturb the rootball as that will probably finish it off. It's a job to judge what's best without being on the spot, but I'd put it back in it's pot, leave it in a shady, sheltered corner, give it 1/2l of water once a fortnight if it's still shooting and the pot feels light.
