    I have had a suggestion of Deadly Nightshade but the leaf pattern is wrong, these are opposite whilst nightshades are alternate.

    @Silver surfer can you help please?

          Yes just one. It's my cousin's garden, they have just moved in and the garden hasn't been maintained for years. She will send me a photo when it flowers, thanks @Logan
