Thanks @Anthony Rogers. To be honest I think getting a taxi is justified from where I live. If I drive it's almost impossible to find a parking place within about 1/2 hour walk and if I take public transport that's a car journey of about 10 miles to a train station, train and 2 buses to get to where I need to go. Time for journey, approx. 2 1/2 hours. All this for about 1 minute in the witness box about a flaming dog. If it transpires I'll be sure to get a taxi receipt !

When your internet provider sends a message back to outlook saying you have been denied access and that your password is not accepted. So you go in to change it - and this keeps happening so 5 times later you contact them and they try to fix it then after an hour and a half (this morning) they finally admit that THEY have a problem and now no one knows what the he double hockey sticks the password is but please check back in about an hour.....:gaah::gaah::gaah:

Sorry to laugh Lori, but, seriously, you just couldn't make it up!

Hope it all gets sorted out soon.

I sympathise @CanadianLori ! I've been in a similar situation this week with a national, high street, clothing retailer. The only firm on my favourites list that couldn't do a straight forward change of my email address. I'd left them 'til last too because I suspected I would have issues.

Everything is back on now but we haven't cancelled the engineer who's due here on Friday. Just incase it all goes off again.... :snorky:

I really hate this weather at the moment but can see that it is getting a bit lighter in the mornings and staying lighter longer in the evenings but I go from either not being able to sleep until around four in the morning,or I do sleep and then can't wake up so end up having to drag myself out of bed then walk round like a zombie for the rest of the day.

I think the last time I had a good nights sleep was when I was single and slept in a bed on my own:snork:

:grphg: So, instead ... you could "plan" your garden; drool over seed catalogues; buy a second hand pith helmet and go out on slug patrol; set up a window propagator; grow edible sprouting seeds; buy some house plants and pander to their needs; get other half to fix you up some outside lighting; or, if all else fails ... post lots of questions on here :heehee:

Hmm, there could be a solution to your problem hidden in the sentence (and I don't mean become single again) :heehee:
