Top Boss of "Save the Children" earns around £234, 000 with more than 20 of it's other staff earning over £100, 000:doh::dunno:
Of the more than 14 leading foreign aid charities in the UK the top bosses earn over £100,000.............they obviously believe in the saying "Charity Begins at Home"...........their own home.:snorky:

no-one has started a moany mcmoan page for 2017.. well! :heehee:

Just went out the back to have a check on chickens and put a berry suet block out as the other has been demolished... notice spring bulbs popping up in the border and around the Camelia.. but oh no whats that underneath.. small green grubs? NO bloody camellia buds! Am well miffed. No wonder I didn't have flowers last year, the frost had them. Could cry :cry3:

I have buds drop off my camellias as well, I read once that it is down to dry conditions late summer when they are forming, I dont think its frost, as long as the buds are still tight.
I usually have enough buds left for a decent display come april/may time .

Last year I didn't have one single flower so taking advice off here I kept it nice and moist when I noticed the buds forming.. maybe not moist enough :noidea: I did take a pic earlier but doubt you can see anything but green blobs.. it was very pretty when I bought it :cry3:

This any good to you @shiney :heehee:

I assume it's planted in the ground and not in a pot @Linz?
And you have had it planted now for well over a year?

It was very dry around these parts right up until about a month ago, it's pretty muddy now but not sure how much moisture is further down.

Yep its in the ground, been in since April/May 2015. The pics I took earlier.. didn't think to take one of the whole plant.. noticed a few of the leaves look bit worse for wear too
Easier to post then go on my phone to upload the pics.

Well it looks ok,leaves are not yellow.
                        Maybe it's still getting established.
