No, I haven't had any experience. :noidea:

It can depend on what the Memorandum and Articles of Association say and on what grounds you think you may have reason to do so. I would imagine the simplest way would be for a vote by the shareholders at an EGM called for that purpose. For instance, if it's mental incapacity it would be done in a different way from that of fraud.

You need legal advice. :dunno: You can usually get a cheapish half hour with a solicitor to explore the possibilities.

Easiest way is by mutual agreement but if you're all stressed then I would assume that this isn't that simple? How many directors are there? Are there any arrangements for this described in your AOA? What are the grounds you want to exit this person?

Ugh horrible waking up with the first thing on your mind being our Ben dog and the horrible Directors situations.

Migraine seems to havr eased but haven’t got out of bed yet.

Think we will try get legal advice as shiney says. but in summary a director not acting in the interests of the shareholders-various different things whichh i wont detail but it’s got out of hand now. We are all worried that our money will go missing-we need to take control of the bank account.

You could do worse than trying your CAB. They aren't just there to help people fill in claim forms. My daughter helped out in 1 for a while and was very impressed that her branch had 2 retired solicitors working voluntarily for the CAB. You may already have a person in mind to get advice from but if not the CAB should be able to point you in the right direction.

I was quite hurt today :) to not receive my daily cheery email from Hermes telling me my parcel was going to be delivered when nothing of course appeared. So should I have been surprised when some boneshaker of a car stuffed with parcels very much like @wiseowl 's photo except the car was white...ish appeared on my driveway? Yup I have got my parcel:rolleyespink:. Thank the lord it was neither breakable or perishable otherwise it would have been a goner. I don't think my vocabulary will stretch to what I actually would like to say about this company.:yikes:

Ok I'll have a go. Hermes in my experience are a complete load of small balls of shite who continually lie with loving alacrity. The whole lot should be strung up by the balls and made to eat them when they fall off! I have no idea how much of the foregoing will be allowed:)

Model defends role at farm trade show

Yet again, the politically correct 'mob' have made the headlines :th scifD36:.

Would there be the same furore if there were blokes promoting these machines, in place of the women?

I'm fairly clear on this issue - if you want to do it - and you are not being coerced into doing it - then others should keep their opinions firmly to themselves :gaah:.

Isn't this restricting people's freedom of choice :hate-shocked:.

Seriously? You seriously don't get why this is a bad idea? And no, handsome men should not be doing it either. It's degrading for both genders. And a step back to the 1970s.
