The weather deserves/incites a long loud moan! The gale finally died in the night but now solid irish rain ( which as I am sure you are aware is wetter than any other rain per drop!) has set in. It is cold, grey and utterly.... Off to fill a hot water bottle ( I am abed) and have a HOT BREAKFAST.... shivers

Yep, from the same web site. Just in case the reader doesn't pick up the point about the French and German job subsidy - they saw fit to say it again:

In France and Germany job subsidy schemes are set to last for up to two years.

Around half the workforce at Broughton have been furloughed over a phased period.

Well we have had a rest from the overpaid idiots but now they are back and the BBC are showing football at every opportunity.
The league should have been scrapped this year and start again next year, but oh no, too much money still to be made.
When this lot finally finish it will be time to start again:roflol:

I'm not a fan of cricket, but they cant play yet incase the ball infects all the players:roflol:, it really makes no sense whatsoever.

Nextdoor neighbours have been doing things in the garden, landscaping wise.
New fence on two sides, both their boundaries, put extra high gravel boards in and built a raised bed, it looks nice.
They have built a smaller raised be on the other side of the garden and piled soil up my fence to a depth of two feet at least, all they needed to do was put a wall along the back, on the fence line, but they didn't.
It would have been nothing compared to the large deck and patio along with other things they are doing, just find it slightly annoying.

Perhaps you should tell them they'll be paying for the new fence when it rots @pete.
