Looking for a song called lover please

Hubby thinks that he heard this song in the 70s, sung by a man and woman. He tried youTube and answered with Rita coolage and kriss kristofferson. But that was slower than he thought. He tried to Google it but came up with the same thing. Has anyone heared a different one with a man and a woman who are closely related.
